My dream from the age of 13 was to be a writer. But, writing was not something that came easily to me – therefore my dreams remained unfilled for four decades.
Being married to a successful writer, who has published many best sellers, I sought my wife’s assistance. I pitched to her a plot, which she worked on using her exceptional skills and now my first book, co-authored with her will be published by Penguin Random House.
I met another author, who liked a second idea of mine and together we completed my second book. Working with this co-author was also an amazing experience – together we closed many plot loopholes and brought to life a story set in a bustling psychiatric facility.
For my third book, I engaged a writer and used her services to bring an intriguing financial thriller to life – thus fulfilling my dreams and now having three full manuscripts to my credit.
I realized that there are many people like me, who have great ideas but lack the time, skills or resources to convert their idea into a book.
This is the reason I have founded Script A Hit, a website where you can submit your idea – as a simple document or even a voice note!
If we like the concept, we will expend resources – including time and money – to convert the idea into a novel and pitch the manuscript to publishers and content producers. As the person submitting the idea, you will receive rewards (if we like your idea, a portion of the royalties (if the book is accepted by Publishers) and other amounts (if the book gets sold to a content producer).
